Tailored diets and functional supplements

A systemic and integrated approach
Integrated Systemic Nutrition goes beyond basic dietary guidelines by combining nutritional and non-nutritional components. Food becomes more than just organic nourishment. Psychological, emotional, genetic, physiological, pathological, and environmental factors are simultaneously considered to offer personalized nutritional and dietary plans based on each animal's unique needs, as well as lifestyle modifications for each patient, aiming to achieve optimal health and enhance their overall well-being.

Raw diet (PMR/BARF)
The raw diet is a type of natural diet consisting of raw meaty bones (RMBs), excretory organs (liver, spleen, and kidneys), muscle organs (heart, lungs, and green tripe), boneless meat, fatty fish, vegetables, and fruit. Generally, it does not require supplements, as each component provides the essential nutrients needed to keep the animal in excellent health. For more particular patients, it is possible to formulate a raw diet with ground meaty bones or without them, adding a natural calcium supplement if needed.

Raw diet w/o bones
The raw homemade diet, not to be confused with the BARF diet, consists of meat, offal, vegetables or other sources of fiber, oils and fats, and a natural source of calcium. Therefore, it allows for the avoidance of vitamin and mineral supplements to balance your pet’s nutrition.

Home-cooked diet
The home-cooked diet typically consists of one or more animal protein sources (meat, fish, eggs, dairy), possibly one or more sources of starches (potatoes, cereals, or pseudocereals), oils and fats, vegetables or other sources of fiber, and a vitamin and mineral supplement.

Hybrid diet
The hybrid diet is a valid alternative for those who, for economic and/or organizational reasons, are unable to feed their pet every day with a fully natural diet. In a mixed diet, 50-80% of the daily energy requirement is met by a complete commercial food (dry or wet), with the remaining portion provided by fresh foods, either cooked or raw.

Commercial diet
A high-quality commercial diet can be the best option for those who are always on the go and need a convenient, ready-to-serve food. I will guide you in choosing the appropriate pet food for your animal's needs and provide the correct dosage for them.
